An Ideal Solution to Many Years of Headaches
“I have to say that even though Kevin Grubb said he could give me a dry basement. I was still a little skeptical.
We have had water in our basement forever. When we moved into our home 30 years ago, the furnace and water heater were on platforms. That should have been an indication of what was to be. We dug an outside tile around the house and sunk sump pumps into the floor of the basement and managed to improve the situation but as the house continued to age, the water problem increased to the point where we had water running 365 days a year. At times I used to joke that all we needed was a canoe and a few ducks in our basement lake. We dug around the house again this past spring and retiled but alas, we still had as much water as ever, if not more. We needed some professional help and quickly.

E•Z Air Exchanger: A Cost-Effective Solution
“We are so pleased with the E•Z air exchanger that you installed in our home last February/March. I just had to write to you and let you know the difference it has made.
Since it has been installed the basement has been much warmer, plus the humidity has dropped significantly. Before we installed the air exchanger, we had four dehumidifiers running around the clock. One in the workshop, one in the grandchildren’s (guest) bedroom, one in the large guest bedroom and one in the main area of the basement. Now there is only one which most of the year is not even coming on. It is just there not doing anything at all since the furnace weather has arrived. Now, it only needs to be emptied once per week. Before the air changer was installed, it needed to be emptied every day.
Even better news is the difference in our hydro bills. In December of 2009, the bill was $336.57 in December 2010 it was 197.13 a difference of $139.44. In January of 2010, the bill was $320.92 and in January 2011 it was$185.74, a difference of $135.18. Nothing else has been any different to account for the cut in cost except for the air exchanger being added and no need to run all those dehumidifiers. With such a drastic difference in our hydro bills, I just had to write and let you know what a great difference it has made to us. Thank you once again for the work done by your company and for suggesting and installing the air exchanger.”

Hassle-Free Sump Pump Installation
“I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for the work you did at our house in Hanover. We were so disappointed when some of the spring thaw ended up entering into our basement in the spring. You did put our minds at ease right away when you described what you would do to repair the outside of the house and to render the foundation waterproof.
The entire job was done carefully with exacting attention to detail, and your workers were simply excellent. They always had time to answer questions that we had and were entirely patient and understanding of our questions. Further, they left absolutely no mess once the job was completed! The entire site was cleaned up and the job was completed with a high degree of professionalism and commitment to the task. I was also impressed with how ‘the boys’ left the site secured at the end of the day and were considerate of neighbours and others in the neighbourhood. When the sump pump was installed, there was no mess or cleanup required on our part and the pump is not intrusive at all in our basement laundry room. In addition, you took the time to explain the system to our son and told him to have us call you if we had any questions about the operation or how the system worked.
